With over 30 years of financial and operational experience, Jeff provides professional, timely and cost effective results for his clients.

Jeff is formally a partner of the regional CPA firm Rooney, Plotkin & Willey (now CBIZ Tofias) working with the firm from 1983 until 2001 when he left the practice to take the position as Chief Financial Officer at American Biophysics Corp., the maker of the Mosquito Magnet. During his tenure as CFO he managed the finances of the company as it experience a growth rate of over 26,000% which landed the company at #1 on the Inc. 500 fastest growing US companies list. Jeff was an active leader on the management team strategically positioning the company for this dramatic growth.

In 2005 Jeff started Adam Financial, LLP providing tax planning and tax preparation services. Tax clients include company’s operating in a 50 states plus clients with foreign subsidiaries. In 2005 Jeff also started Adam Advisory Services, LLC providing comprehensive consulting services to a wide variety of business clients. Jeff has been an active consultant for many years assisting companies with strategic planning, profitability enhancement and developing innovative solutions to drive success in today’s challenging business environment. Jeff offers a new perspective based on a wide spectrum of experience in business over the last 30 plus years.

He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bryant University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Rhode Island.
